Pavilion Installation

A pavilion gives your backyard a true destination. It creates shade, structure, and a comfortable place to gather, whether you are hosting family, grilling outside, watching the kids swim, or simply enjoying a quiet evening in the backyard. JML Landscape Development designs and installs custom pavilions that feel connected to the home, patio, pool, and surrounding landscape.

Custom Pavilion Installation in New Albany & Central Ohio

A well-designed pavilion should look like it belongs on your property, not like it was dropped into the yard later. Our team considers the size of your space, the architecture of your home, the surrounding patio, and how you plan to use the area before creating a design. The goal is to build a pavilion that adds comfort, function, and long-term value to your outdoor living space.

Custom Design

Each pavilion is designed around your home, backyard layout, and how you want to use the space.

A Gathering Place in the shade

A pavilion creates a comfortable covered area for relaxing, dining, entertaining, or cooking outdoors.

Complete Outdoor Living

Pavilions can be paired with patios, pools, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, lighting, and landscaping.

Built to Last

We use quality materials and skilled craftsmanship to create structures that feel solid, finished, and long-lasting.

Create a Covered Outdoor Space You Will Actually Use

Ohio weather can make outdoor living unpredictable, especially when the sun is strong or a light rain moves in. A pavilion gives you a protected place to relax, dine, cook, or entertain without having to move everything indoors. It makes the backyard more practical for everyday use, not just special occasions.

Designed Around Your Patio, Pool, or Outdoor Kitchen

Some pavilions are built over outdoor kitchens, while others create a shaded seating area near a pool or patio. We look at the full layout of your backyard so the pavilion works naturally with walkways, furniture, fire features, landscaping, lighting, and other outdoor elements. When everything is planned together, the finished space feels more comfortable and complete.

Award-Winning Outdoor Living Design and Craftsmanship

JML Landscape Development is known for creating award-winning outdoor spaces that balance beauty, comfort, and real-life function. Our team takes pride in the details, from the overall structure and material selection to the way the pavilion fits with the rest of your landscape. The result is a backyard feature that feels polished, useful, and built to last.
